- Orders will close every Sunday.
- Orders will take approximately 1.5 weeks to reach.
- Only order if you can wait. We advise against ordering if you are in a rush to need the item or unable to wait
- We will not accept requests for refunds after order has been confirmed.
- There may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances (out of stock fabric, defected fabric, shipment delays, etc.)
- Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings
- Please allow (+/-) 1-3cm difference in measurements
- If your order consists of a mixture of instocks and preorder items, the order will only be dispatched once ALL items are ready.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We will NOT accept requests for refund due to reasons such as preference, unsuitability of apparels, wrong size chosen.

We only issue refunds/replace items if you were given the wrong size or items are defective or damaged. Postage will be borne by Faroshah for exchanges due to the stated reason.

Exchange to a different size is allowed on the condition that stock is available. Otherwise, you may exchange for another item. There will be NO REFUNDS. Postage to be borne by customer for any exchanges due to the stated reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since dispatched of items, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
