TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FOR PRE-ORDER LISTING:

  • Production takes about (+/-) 3-5 weeks to be completed from starting date of production.
  • Orders will be open fortnightly. Orders will open on the first week and third week of every month.
  • Only order if you are able to wait. We advise against ordering if you are in a rush to need the item.
  • We will not accept requests for refunds after order has been confirmed.
  • There may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances (out of stock fabric, defected fabric, shipment delays, etc.)
  • Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings
  • Please allow (+/-) 1-3cm difference in measurements
  • Additional charges apply for customized orders. Please email your customized measurements to customerservice@faroshah.com

FOR BACKORDER LISTING:

    • Backorder means that the production is already in progress. Hence, slots for order are limited.
    • The items are expected to be ready in 1 week. 
    • Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings
    • Please allow (+/-) 1-3cm difference in measurements
    • Under unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in production, shipment etc.
    • We will not accept requests for refunds after order has been confirmed.

    FOR INSTOCK LISTING:

    • Order will be mailed out within 1-3 working days after payment is made.
    • If your order consists of a mixture of instocks and backorder/preorder items, the order will only be dispatched once ALL items are ready.
    • We will not accept requests for refunds after order has been confirmed.
    • Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings
    • Please allow (+/-) 1-3cm difference in measurements
    • By placing an order, you have agreed with our terms and conditions.

    REFUND POLICY:

    Returns
    Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. 
    We will NOT accept requests for refund due to reasons such as unsuitability of apparels, wrong measurements 

    Additional non-returnable items:
    Gift cards, promotional and discount codes

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to us without receiving a confirmation from FAROSHAH's representative.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    Variations
    There may be slight variations in the size and color of products. As the products are manually measured and due to difference in monitor/screen settings. Faroshah makes every effort to ensure that such variations are as minimal as possible and please note that these slight variations are not permissible as a consideration for a return or exchange without consent from a Faroshah representative.

    Issue with measurements/sizes
    Exchange of size is subject to availability of the size.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
    We only issue refunds for items if they are defective or damaged.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@faroshah.com.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at customerservice@faroshah.com or contact us directly via SMS/Whatsapp at this number: +65 98072287.

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    Shipping
    To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jurong West St 81 Singapore (640826)

    You will receive a refund for the shipping cost if the item you returned has defects that is not caused by you.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
